Here’s what you can expect from our masterminds:

    • Masterminding with smart, motivated, top-tier international wedding and event professionals.
    • We’ll meet for 4 intensive mastermind sessions with peers.
    • Each meeting will have a strong focus as directed and moderated by yours truly, Michelle Loretta.

WHAT'S THE COMMITMENT?

You should be available and ready to participate on all FOUR calls. (This is mandatory barring any last minute emergencies.) I want people who are fully committed to showing up for each other.

We will be meeting for 2 hours for 4 weeks. (We’ll do a 10-15 minute break at the half-way mark.)

You should plan 30-60 minutes of prep work, and 30-60 minutes of follow up work for each call.

WHAT ARE THE DATES?

Here are the 3 group options:

MONDAYS 12:30-2:30pm EST*   – REGISTRATION CLOSED

THURSDAYS 1pm-3pm EST* – REGISTRATION CLOSED

TUESDAYS 11am-1pm EST*

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE PARTICIPATING?

My goal is to have 6-8 people on each call (including me).

HOW DO YOU PUT TOGETHER GROUPS?

I’m looking to put people with groups outside of their market and outside of their industry segment to provide a diversified viewpoint. I believe this gives the most opportunity to learn something new. HOWEVER, there are segments of our industry that tend to be heavier than others (eg: wedding planning) and certain markets that are VERY participatory (Chicago). There will be overlap.

However, I make every commitment to match you with others that I think you will learn from, and people who can learn from you. My hope is to recreate our Be Sage conference tables, if you’ve been lucky to attend.

I'M NERVOUS TO TALK ABOUT MONEY.

Yeah – I get that. And, I want to be able to give you my detailed attention because this is my strong suit. You are welcome to an optional 30-minute 1:1 money session with me on your own time.

HOW WILL EVERYONE GET TO PARTICIPATE?

On our first meeting, I will spend some time asking everyone what they want from the meetings – what they get most value from – and what their pet peeves are (hijacking the meeting is a big one for many). This will allow us to create group rules.

Some people learn best while listening. I want to respect that. But, I also want everyone that wants to share gets their turn to share. My job is to make sure both needs are met.

WHAT IS THE FORMAT?

  • Meetings will take place on Zoom and you will be able to see everyone’s faces and hear from everyone. This is not a lecture, but a discussion.
  • Each call has a focus for our 4 weeks together:
    – creating a vision of your future business
    – generating visibility
    – strengthing your structure and organization
    – developing goals that align with your future focus 
  • I’ll send out ‘homework’ ahead of time. This will be work that gets everyone to think about their business for the week (based on the area that’s about to be covered… kinda how we do in the conference). The work is a series of interactive exercises to get you energized for the time we share together.
  • When we begin the meeting I will introduce the topic and do some ‘teaching’ (limited to 10ish minutes). 
  • We’ll work through discussions surrounding our topic, each person sharing strategies that help them in their business – with the goal of enlightening peers. This is also a time to share challenges and seek ways to improve. 
  • Our calls with have thought-provoking exercises to work through the evolution of the next phase of business.
  • At the end – we will do a round robin of any questions that have since come up in our discussion (this will be a quicker ‘speed’ session so as not to belabor too many points… but I do want to have a place for ‘parking lot’ type of ideas that can come up)

MY BUSINESS IS IN FLUX. WILL THIS HELP?

I know a lot of people have a business in flux, new business concepts, new career choices, and uncertainty. THAT is OK. You use this time however you see fit. 

The goal is to look forward and build what you want from your life, your career, and your business.
